What would best describe me?  Besides the obvious Doom reference, I’ve been wandering around on the internet for a long time.  I’ve played video games for as long as I can remember.  I’ve tried my hand at web design, game programming, artwork, and even Christian apologetics.  But in the end, my aspirations will always be video games, be it playing or making them.

As a result, my focus tends to be less on actual questioning of where video games are headed (as I have my own ideas on that, and want to take them there forcibly if possible) and more analytical of existing genres, mods, and games.  I want to scrutinize the hell out of the community as well, for there are gaming minds that are either around to entertain, inform, or simply throw crap around.  But the best mini communities are going to be around for the future, and I think it’s best to keep tabs on what they like.
